SSAMBAP AND GYEONGJU BREAD (MODERN AND LOCAL SPECIAL CUISINE)




Besides South Korea famous about the Drama and They Beautiful Tourism Places anywhere of corner about South Korea, the Cuisine there aren’t fail deliciously with Indonesian or Japan and or Italian cuisine. If people have a chance to visit to South Korea, never miss to visit in Gyeongju places, it’s about 370 KM from Capital city South Korea, Seoul.
Gyeongju offered many culture and tradition. One of them is their cuisine. Ssambab and Gyeongju Bread are famous cuisines that come from this wonderful city since Silla Kingdom Ancient. The tastes of those foods are presented so great, at one food you will enjoy the taste of food by staple is rice and vegetable (Ssambap) from South Korea, a rice dish served with vegetable leaves, various small side dishes and condiments. Ssambap refers to a rice dish served with vegetable leaves, various banchan (small side dishes) and condiments such as gochujang (chili pepper paste) or ssamjang (a mixture of soybean paste and gochujang) to wrap them together.
And the second, cuisine that born and the pure product and also the famous cuisine that Gyeongju had is Gyeongju Bread. he location of this “Museum without Wall” placed about 370 KM or 230 mil from southeast of Capital City of Korea, Seoul and is a coastal city in the far southeastern corner of North Gyeongsang province in South Korea.
